Directions to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Office:
From East: Take I-10 West to Gessner Exit. Turn left under the freeway on Gessner. Go to Kingsride and turn right. Drive one block and turn right on Frostwood. Drive almost to the end and turn right in the Parking Garage 5 for the Memorial Hermann Tower. After you park in the garage, take the garage elevator to Level B. At Level B, you will take the crosswalk to the Tower. Take the Hi-Rise elevators to the 22nd floor. (Note: When construction is complete, you will be able to turn right directly into the driveway at 929 Gessner to access our garage and building without going to Kingsride.)
From North Gessner: Pass under I-10 and turn right on Kingsride. Drive one block and turn right on Frostwood. Drive almost to the end and turn right in the Parking Garage 5 for the Memorial Hermann Tower. After you park in the garage, take the garage elevator to Level B. At Level B, you will take the crosswalk to the Tower. Take the Hi-Rise elevators to the 22nd floor. From West: Take I-10 to Gessner Exit. DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO GESSNER. Start moving to the right lane of the feeder when you exit. There is plenty of room to do this. When you pass Frostwood, watch for the driveway on the right with a sign for Memorial Hermann Tower and Parking Garage 5, turn in there and then turn right into the garage. After you park, take the garage elevator to Level B. At Level B, take the crosswalk to the Tower and take the Hi-Rise elevators to the 22nd floor.

Take I-10 West towards Katy, exit Grand Parkway 99, when you exit, turn left, and take the first light, which is Kingsland. Turn left at the light. Stay on Kingsland to the first shopping strip, which is Kingsland Plaza. We are on your left hand side.
WHCCH was established in the Memorial City area in 1971. We have delivered over 30,000 babies from the west Houston area during this time. As this area continued to develop west, we decided to provide women’s health services directly to our patients in their neighborhoods. Thus in October 2004 we opened a satellite office for WHCCH in the Katy area at the Grand Parkway and Kingsland Boulevard.

November 2008.

From 610 take Hwy 290 West to FM 1960 West exit.
Turn right on FM 1960 West. We are on the left about a block from 290. Drive around to the back corner of the building behind the Memorial Hermann Imaging Center, our front door opens to the parking lot.
Going Eastbound on 290, turn left on 1960. We are about one block on the left. Drive around to the back corner of the building behind the Memorial Hermann Imaging Center, our front door opens to the parking lot.
Medical Records
To obtain a copy of your
medical records, please go to the "Patient Forms" link and download the "Medical Release of Information" form. There is a $25.00 fee for duplication of your medical records. If you have any questions, please contact the supervisor of Medical records, Elise Zapata at 713-365-2934.
